This class will open with gentle movement focused on balance and mobility before transitioning to yin poses. Yin yoga targets joints and connective tissues, and can improve circulation and reduce stress. Yin poses are all seated or lying on the floor and held with the support of props for 2 – 5 minutes per pose, this class is suitable for all levels.
