- Everyday Vanilla
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- 2 oz almond milk
- 6 – 8 oz water
- Sprinkle in cinnamon and shake
- Apple “pie” filling
- 1 cup applesauce (all natural)
- 1 scoop Vanilla Shakeology
- Add cinnamon or all spice and mix all together in a container (I typically mix it up at least the night before
- Shakeology Bars
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1/4 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 scoops Chocolate Shakeology
- Mix well together using your hands if needed and spread in an 8×8 pan, cut into 12 bars and keep in the refrigerator…NOTE: I make these almost weekly and they usually last my husband and I a week, I also fine tune the amounts of ingredients a bit, some times adding cinnamon (noticing a theme here?) or a bit more milk to change the consistency
